QUINOA a healthy option for your diet:

Quinoa is a pseudocereal, also known as a vegetable protein, which has recently gained popularity because of its high nutritional value in fiber and minerals.

If your goal is to reduce carbohydrate consumption, replace foods such as rice, and provide a higher percentage of fiber to your diet, quinoa is a healthy option to create delicious recipes.

Here are some ideas:

Quinoa Salad with Thai Sauce:

Prepare 1 cup of quinoa as indicated on the package. Cut the following ingredients into small pieces to mix with the quinoa. Then add the sauce to give it that special touch (2-3 servings).


  • ½ cup of black olives
  • ¼ cup of corn
  • ¼ cup of goat cheese
  • 1 medium tomato
  • Spinach

For the sauce mix the following ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • ¼ tablespoon of ginger
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Quinoa cake:

    Prepare 1 cup of quinoa as indicated on the package. In a microwave-safe container, first, place a layer of cooked quinoa. Next, place a layer of ground beef covering the quinoa. Then, add the two beaten eggs, and finally, spread the mozzarella cheese on top. Put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.


    • 150 gr ground beef (cooked with onion, tomato sauce, and seasoned with oregano, basil and salt to taste.)
    • 2 eggs
    • ½ onion diced
    • Mozzarella cheese
