Uses of coconut oil

Coconut oil is known for its nutritional value and its use in the preparation of beauty treatments at home This vegetable oil contains minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, magnesium and potassium; it is also a source of vitamin E, a large part of the vitamin B group, and fatty acids.

Coconut oil has many benefits and uses, here are some ideas to make the most of it.

  • For hair:

To hydrate the hair ends you can use it as a mask, apply it at night from the middle of the hair to the ends, and the next day wash your hair as usual.

  • For face:

As a make-up remover, use a few drops of coconut oil to remove makeup from your face while moisturizing it.

  • Around eyes and lips:

With a gentle massage, apply it on these areas of the face to avoid dryness and lines of expression.

  • For body:

Prevent stretch marks, with a gentle circular massage apply it on the hips, thighs and abdomen. This vegetable oil will help the skin recover quickly. Moisturizer for heels, elbows, and hands, take a small amount of oil and massage these areas of the body. If you have dry skin, this will be a beneficial moisturizing treatment.

  • For your breath:

As a mouthwash, coconut oil in liquid form will help disinfect the mouth and help keep breath fresher for longer.
