Salud 360 wants to share two delicious recipes that will provide you with the essential nutrients you need to start the day and enjoy breakfast during this winter season.

Pancakes with strawberry sauce


  • Half cup of flaked oatmeal
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • Stevia
  • Chia seeds


Place the oatmeal and eggs in a blender, then add stevia, cinnamon, and nutmeg to your taste; blend these ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture. Cook the pancakes in a preheated pan.

To prepare the sauce, place the strawberries and some chia seeds in a hot pan. Gradually mash the strawberries as if you were making mashed potatoes. The goal is to achieve a mixture similar to jam to put over the pancakes.

  • 1 potato
  • 1 red pepper
  • Chopped almonds
  • Mushrooms
  • Tofu
  • Spinach
  • 1 onion


Dice the potatoes, peppers, and onions and place them in a baking dish. Add spices such as turmeric, thyme, or cumin and take it to the oven. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, spinach, and tofu and cook them for a few minutes, then add the chopped almonds. Finally, mix all the ingredients and serve them in a bowl.
