5 Steps to get radiant skin

Having radiant skin should not be an impossible mission. Mark Health 360 suggests the following 5 steps facial skincare routine to achieve it.

  • 1. Cleansing

It is important to wash your face every day. It will help remove makeup and all impurities acquired during the day, such as dust, among other pollution factors. Do this every night before going to bed, using a cream or water cleansing for best results.

  • 2. Exfoliation

Performing an exfoliation on your entire face will help eliminate dead cells and impurities that accumulate on the skin. We recommend doing a good exfoliation on damp skin, doing circular massages. If your skin is oily, you should do it two times a week; if it is dry or normal, do this every 15 days.

  • 3. Vitamin C

Add to your skincare routine creams or tonics containing vitamin C, since thanks to its antioxidant properties, it helps neutralize the skin. We recommend using it once a day, either in the morning before makeup or at night before going to bed

  • 4. Hydration

The body needs to be constantly hydrated and especially when it comes to the face. Use a moisturizer or special serum for the face; remember that body creams do not have the same effect. We advise using a small amount on your face 5 minutes before applying makeup to look more uniform and perfect.

  • 5. Sun protection

It’s important to finish your skincare routine with the use of sunscreen. We recommend using it in the afternoon and more frequently in the summer season as the sun can cause irreversible damage to the skin. Use a 50 SPF sunscreen and choose the one that best suits your skin, whether oily, normal, or dry.
