3 Exercises to Burn fat

Getting back into a workout routine after spending a long period without physical activity is a real challenge. According to sports and nutrition specialists, the key is to incorporate an exercise routine again gradually. You can start with 3 or 4 exercises and increase the number of repetitions as your body gains physical endurance.

Routine:

  • Start with 10 minutes a day.

    Knee Raise: Lift your legs as if you were jogging, but forward, try to raise your legs high to gain coordination and flexibility.

    Jump Rope: This basic movement will make your metabolism work faster and increase caloric and fat burning.
